By using the Padel Hiveapp, you agree to these terms. We built it to make checking court availability and tracking your loyalty points easy. Use it the way it was meant to be used and we’re all good.
Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your password safe.
- One person, one account. Don’t sign up as someone else.
- If you forget your password, give us a call and we’ll reset it for you.
Hive Points
- Hive Points are a loyalty reward, not money. They have no cash value.
- Points can’t be transferred between accounts or sold.
- Redemptions happen at the front desk — show your code, our team scans it, points come off your balance.
- We may adjust point values, redemption thresholds, or expiry rules in the future. We’ll give reasonable notice when we do.
Bookings
The calendar shows live availability for our courts. To reserve a slot, call us at 0300 0399545. Slots aren’t held until we confirm. Showing up late may cost you the slot.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to break, scrape, or abuse the app. Don’t use it to harass our staff or other customers. We can suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
Availability
We do our best to keep the app online but we don’t guarantee it. Things break sometimes. If you can’t reach us through the app, give us a call.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top tells you when. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
Where we’re based
Padel Hive is operated from Royal Theme Park, Community Center, Royal Orchard Housing Society, Musa Wala, Multan. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
