Plain English
We’re a small sports club. We only collect what we need to run your account and your loyalty points — nothing more. We never sell your data and we don’t share it with advertisers.
What we collect
- Your email and name (you give them when you sign up).
- Your password, stored hashed (we can’t read it; we just verify it).
- Your Hive Points balance and activity history (earned / redeemed records).
- An optional avatar choice from our preset set.
- A session cookie set when you sign in, so you stay signed in.
What we don’t collect
- No tracking or analytics cookies.
- No location data.
- No payment information — bookings happen by phone.
Where it’s stored
Your account and points data live in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). The site itself runs on Vercel.
Calendar
The court availability you see is read live from public Google Calendars we maintain. Your account info is never sent to Google.
Sharing
We don’t share your data with third parties. The only people with access are Padel Hive staff who manage your points at the desk.
Keeping it safe
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. Sessions are signed with a server-only secret. The site is served over HTTPS.
Your control
You can edit your name and avatar from your profile. To delete your account or have all your data removed, give us a call at 0300 0399545 and we’ll handle it.
Changes
If we update this page we’ll change the date at the top.
